Windsor International Air Show -- Windsor, Ontario August 28-30, 2009 Not to be confused with the Red Bull Air Race held at Windsor. For a complete review of the show please click here on this link. The weather was cool, cloudy and it rained except on Sunday when it cleared up very nicely. The photos shown here do reflect the constant changes. The venue was very similar to other Canadian shows, centering around the Century of Flight, Snowbirds and the Skyhawks, with a fairly good US Air Force and Navy presence as static displays with such aircraft as F-15C Eagle, C-2A, C-130H, and the MH-53E Sea Dragon. There were classic cars and hot rods, as well some WWII armor on display at the Windsor air show. The Skyhawk Parachute Team opened the show followed by other participants such as the Harvards of the Canadian Harvard Association, F-86 Hawk One, CF-18 Century Hornet, P-51D Mustang, B-25J Mitchell, P-51D Mustang, CT-114 Centennial Tutor and the Snowbirds.
