AIRPOWER OVER THE MIDWEST -- Scott AFB Air Show, Sept. 19-20, 2009
My first time to the Scott AFB for the AIRPOWER OVER THE MIDWEST, which is held annually. It was one terrific show, despite the fact that on Sunday the show was cancelled due to rain. There were several major headliners including the Canadian Snowbirds (not at their best, to say the least!), the F-15E Strike Eagle Demo Team, always at their best, Tora, Tora, Tora was great but the wind blew in the wrong direction, the US ARMY Golden Knights were present too. With several large aircraft as static intermixed with a few warbirds for good measure. What made this even more outstanding were the people who organized it, their hospitality and how it was run.

| Due to the rain on Sunday and cancellation of the air show, I did not take as many images as I would have liked, but still was able to take enough to produce a proper CD of images from Scott AFB air show. |
