  • All graphical works, images which are displayed on this web site and intellectual property are the work of DesignByLaszlo.com, therefore, they are under International Copyright. You are not allowed to print, copy, or transmit by any means, including electronic or otherwise.
  • All contracted work remains the property of DesignByLaszlo.com until it has been wholly paid by the customer.
  • For custom design work: logos, letterheads, business cards etc, a "final proof" of design will be submitted to the customer, once approved, there will be NO further changes allowed, no exceptions.
  • Changes to all custom web designs once uploaded to the customer's web site, will occur additional charges at our current hourly rate.
  • Ownership of images taken by DesignByLaszlo.com, are the property of DesignByLaszlo.com and shall remain irrevocable the property of DesignByLaszlo.com, or his legal heirs, unless DesignByLaszlo.com granted other Rights in writing: this applies to individuals, and organizations charitable or not.
  • All images displayed on this website for purchase are only representative of the actual digital image(s) available for purchase. Note: while I take every effort to show the images accurately, due to the limitations of the internet; colour, and size of subject(s) may vary when compared to the purchased image(s).
